Paragon ID appoints Léa Viale as Group Purchasing Director

Léa brings with her a vast experience in procurement management. For the last four years, she has held the position of Purchasing Director for Paragon Western Europe (part of Grenadier holdings). Her skill set covers all purchasing categories, both direct and indirect and she demonstrates a strong ability to drive transformational change of the procurement function through digitalisation, team professionalisation, and change management, with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation, and responsible practices.

Previously Léa has worked in the print & publishing sector and in marketing procurement and she is a part time lecturer in principled negotiation, sustainable development, and procurement performance.

In her new role, Léa will strengthen operational excellence across Paragon ID’s global purchasing function. Her priorities include optimising procurement processes and terms, shaping a robust, long-term purchasing strategy in close collaboration with regional teams and further enhancing our long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers.

Léa also joins Paragon ID's executive committee. The group looks forward to the positive impact her leadership and vision will have on the company's continued growth.
