Clem Garvey

Clem Garvey, CEO

Clem spent a number of years in Corporate Finance in the City of London before joining Gestetner, an office equipment OEM and became Chief Operating Officer of Gestetner France in 1996. Following the acquisition of Gestetner by Ricoh, he spearheaded the growth of the Japanese group in France for the following fourteen years.

Clem was Chairman and Chief Executive of the Ricoh Group in France when he left it to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Neopost group, one of France’s top 120 listed companies. He was at the forefront of Neopost’s transformation into a provider of digital communication solutions for seven years, creating the Neopost-Esker joint-venture.

In early 2016, Clem joined the board of Escher Group Holdings plc, world leader in software supplied to the postal and logistics worlds. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Clem led the sale of the company (in a « public to private » transaction) to a PE group in April 2018.

 

Dominique Durant des Aulnois

Dominique Durant des Aulnois, Secretary general in charge of human resources

Dominique Durant joined the Paragon Group in 1997, he is a shareholder and since 2010 he is the General Manager of the Identification Division. A highly experienced manager, he has established Paragon Identification as one of the market leaders in access control for urban transportation through the development of services and RFID technology. He played a key role in the successful integration of the Identification Division inside the Group. Prior to that, Dominique had managed Paragon Identification SAS, set up in 2000 as a spin-off of Paragon France, and had successfully grown up in the French and international markets.
 
He started his career with the Dutch Océ Group (1984-1997), now integrated into the Canon Group in which he held positions in sales and operations, both in France and in the United Kingdom. He was specialized in large format drawing machines for the CAD-CAM market. Dominique is a graduate of the Federal Institute of Technology of Lausanne, Switzerland.
 

 

Sebastien Chavigny, Chief Financial Officer

After graduating with a Masters in Management Sciences from EM-Lyon in 2001, Sébastien began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. After eight years within the Andersen / Ernst & Young network carrying out audit and financial advisory assignments in restructuring and business acquisitions, Sébastien joined the French oil services company Geoservices as Group Treasurer. After the latter's acquisition by the Schlumberger group in 2010, he held various positions as Chief Financial Officer internationally, in particular in the Latin America region where he spent three years in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).

In 2015, he joined the Neopost group, which has been renamed Quadient in 2019, as Group Financial Control Director. He joined Paragon ID in November 2020.

 

Konstantinos Lagios, Chief Commercial Officer

Konstantinos joined Paragon ID in September 2018, following a successful career in the Customer Communications and Secure Transactions Industry. After starting his business endeavour in 1997 by setting up a startup company in the stockbrokerage area, he moved to the Industry in 2001 as Investor Relations at the Athens listed LYKOS Group. He held different positions within LYKOS, namely Marketing Director, Financial Services Business Unit Manager, Commercial Director until 2011 when he was appointed General Manager of the Greek legal entity with a revenue of €35mio. Later he was named CEO of the Information Management Division of LYKOS Group, being responsible of the P&L and Strategy for €65mio with main operations in Greece and Romania. In 2014 Konstantinos was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of AUSTRIACARD AG, based in Austria overviewing sales of €125mio, before joining Paragon Group, as Chief Commercial Officer.

Konstantinos holds a Business Administration and Marketing degree from the Athens University of Economics and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.

 

François Gauthier, General Manager EMEA and Chief Industrial & Supply Chain Officer

François Gauthier joined Paragon Identification in September 2012. Previously, François worked as Business Unit & Operations Director for Daher, Vallourec and Lafarge. He has a strong experience in change management, management of profit centers and industrial organisations. François is now General Manager Paragon ID EMEA. 

François is graduated from ICAM General Engineering School (Fr), and holds an Executive MBA in General Management from ESCP Europe.

 

Arne Rosenkranz - General Manager Paragon ID UK

Arne Rosenkranz, General Manager Paragon ID UK

With a degree in business administration and a masters in international financial management, Arne has over 10 years’ experience in leadership roles in both financial and general management, as well as an entrepreneurial background across aviation, intralogistics, e-learning and food & beverages industries.
 
He joined Jungheinrich, the premium manufacturer of forklift trucks, in Germany in 2012 and relocated to the UK two years later. Here he rose through a number of senior positions within the company’s UK division, including 5 years in the position of Finance Director, during which he was also acting as Managing Director of Jungheinrich Financial Services Ltd. 
            
In these roles he was responsible for the governance and financial management of the businesses as well as strategic development and stakeholder engagement. Arne joined Paragon ID in November 2022.
