John Rogers

J. Rogers

Chairman

John Rogers is a shareholder in and, since July 2014, Executive Director of Corporate Development with Paragon Group. A highly experienced manager, he was previously an Executive Officer of Identiv (2008-2013), a start-up when he joined and now a NASDAQ-listed provider of secure identification technology and earlier Vice President of Strategy for Identification Technology Group, a division of Assa Abloy. Prior to that, he held the position of CEO of Sokymat (now part of HID Global), formerly the world’s largest manufacturer of RFID transponders with 600 employees in Europe and Asia. During his tenure at Sokymat (2001 – 2006), he played a leading role in the turnaround and aggressive expansion of the business through both organic growth and numerous successful technology and RFID acquisitions. Prior assignments include a number of roles with automotive components manufacturer, Delphi Automotive in the US and Germany (1994-2001).
 
An Irish National, John holds Bachelor in Business Studies and MA degrees from Trinity College Dublin and a European MBA from ESCP Paris. John is fluent in both French and German.

Interim chair of UK Sport

Mrs Lis ASTALL (Independent administrator): Lis Astall is a British citizen. She graduated from London School of Economics (LSE) with a BA (Hons) in French, economics and politics. She has also studied at Nice and Grenoble universities. Lis spent 27 years at Accenture carrying out diverse roles, including Managing Director for the implementation of technology development projects in the public sector in Europe, Middle-East; Africa and South America between 2006 and 2009. Before that (2003-2006), Lis was Managing Director for private and public technology development projects in Britain. During her career at Accenture, she was also on the board of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL), the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), the LSE.
 
Now retired, Lis is a non-executive Director of diverse boards including the Standard Bank, the Joint Forces Command, the UK Sport and the Digital Jersey. She is also on the board of the Social Mobility Foundation and President of the PPR Foundation.

 

L. Salmon

Shareholder and Board Member of the Paragon Group

Mr Salmon is the Finance Director of the Paragon Group since 2000 and also holds several positions within the Group, including the position of Managing Director of Paragon Identification SAS. He is also the President of Service Point Solutions, a company listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange and part of the Paragon Group. 

Following his graduation in finance from the Paris Dauphine University, he finished his training at Deloitte. He began his career in the US at Xerox Corporation in California. Following his return in Europe, he became CFO for Quebecor Worldcolor and then worked at KKR/Batteries Duracell in France.

His mandate will be two years long and should end following the shareholders' meeting during which the financial statements for the year 2020 will be reviewed. 

A. Wnukowsky

Of German nationality, Mrs. Alyna Wnukowsky has been Head of Marketing and Digital Business Development at Neopost, responsible for Austria, Benelux, Germany, Ireland, Northern countries, Italy and Switzerland since 2016.

Prior to 2013, she was the Managing Director of Neopost in Germany and Austria. Before joining the Neopost company, Alyna worked at Actissia (formerly France Direct Group) where she was in charge of the creation of a digital business unit from 2010 to 2013 and a member of the Executive Committee from 2012 to 2013. Previously, Alyna joined Bertelsmann Direct Group (France Loisir) in 2006 as marketing & media Consultant before becoming Head of Internet from 2007 to 2009 and Managing Director at Chapitre.com, the third largest online book retailer company in France.

Her professional career began with AOL Germany where she successively worked as the Executive Director's Assistant from 2002 to 2003, Product Manager Community Product from 2003 to 2004 and Senior Digital Services Product Manager from 2004 to 2005.

Alyna graduated from the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung in Business Administration - majoring in Marketing, entrepreneurship and economics. She is fluent in English, German, French and Spanish.

Her mandate will be two years long and should end following the shareholders' meeting during which the financial statements for the year 2020 will be reviewed.

Partner, Head of Innovation Capital

Valéry has been instrumental in the reshaping of Innovation Capital (former CDC Innovation) since 2004. Before joining Innovation Capital, Valéry co-led the Fund-of-Funds team at Caisse des Dépôts (2001-2004). Previously, Valéry was co-head of the SME Financing Office at the French Treasury (1999-2001), with overall responsibility for private equity market development, SME financing and innovation policy promotion. He played a leading role in laying the foundations for the creation of incubators, early stage funds and public fund-of-funds. Prior to that, Valéry worked (1996-1999) for the French Defence Procurement Agency (DGA), where he was managing the technical team involved in the governmental telecommunications satellite project Syracuse III. During that time, he played a key role in negotiating with international partners and suppliers.He started his career in Australia at Telstra, the national telecom operator, working in a joint R&D department with Sydney University on CDMA mobile architectures (1994-1995).
 
Valéry has over 13 years of experience in Private Equity and Telecoms. Valéry holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris (X90).

 

Dominique Durant des Aulnois

Dominique Durant des Aulnois joined Paragon Group in 1997, he is a shareholder and since 2010 he is the General Manager of the Identification Division. A highly experienced manager, he has established Paragon Identification as one of the market leaders in access control for urban transport through the development of services and the “RFID” technology. He played a key role in the successful integration of newly acquired companies creating the Identification Division inside the Group. Prior to that, Dominique had managed Paragon Identification SAS, set up in 2000 as a spin-off of Paragon France, and had successfully grown the company in the French and international markets.
 
He started his career with the Dutch Océ Group (1984-1997), now integrated into the Canon Group in which he held managing positions in Sales and Operations, both in France and in the United Kingdom. He was specialised in large format drawing machines for the CAD-CAM market.  Dominique is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale of Lausanne, Switzerland (1983).
